Title Winter Moon over Toyama Plain rare: provenance Robert O. Muller Estate Artist Hasui Kawase 1883-1957 Signature 'Hasui'. Seal Artist's seal ('sui'). Dated 1931. Publisher Doi Sadaichi (Teiichi). Medium/Technique Woodblock print. Impression Excellent - very good … Very early, most likely the first edition printing. Colors Excellent. Condition Excellent - very good … Slight toning. A small fold on the lower left margin corner. Description "Fuyu no Tsuki; Toyama-ga-hara". The bright moon is shining on a cold winter night over Toyama moor. Note Carver Fujikawa, printer Goto.
