From the series, "Koso Go-ichidai Ryaku Zu" (An Abridged Biography of Koso Illustrated). "Koso" (High Priest, Nichiren) was the founder of a Buddhist sect in 13th Century. He is travelling in the Tsukuba Mountains alone in the heavily falling snow. This series, consisting of ten oban prints, is very rare.
