Artist: Koga Kano 1897-1953 Title: Divers at a Rocky Shore. Signature Koga. Date: Ca 1930s Medium: Woodblock print Notes: Avalone divers at a Rocky Shore. A group of Kyoto artists headed by Matsumoto Eikyu had a large project to revitalize the traditional "Yamato-e" (Japanese style painting) to more popular forms. Their prints were published by Shin Yamato-e Mokuhanga Kanko-kai in 1930s. Width Item 15.9 inches = 40.5 cm Height Item 11.4 inches = 29.0 cm
