From Sugakudo's best known series, "Sho Utsushi Shiju-hachi Taka" (Exact Reproductions of Forty-eight Hawks). No. 4. A kingfisher and yellow flowers. Sugakudo was a highly regarded pupil of Hiroshige for his kacho-ga. "kawasemi" (King fisher) and "Yamabuki" (Japanese globe-flower).
