KOITSU -- Giant Lantern at Asakusa Kannon Shrine Title "Giant Lantern at Asakusa Kannon Shrine" ("**") Date ca1930's (pre-War) Series na Publisher Shobido Tanaka (1932-ca1940, Tokyo) Seal, Carver/Printer na Image Size 3 5/8 x 5 3/8 (postcard size print) Impression Very Fine. Nice "bokashi" shading; light "gauffrage" to accumulated snowfall; crisp lines, highly detailed. Condition Excellent. Very light toning. (Backing remnants upper and lower verso.) Reference/Illus Shown at Koitsu.com website. Comments Colorful giant lantern image. Prints by Shobido Tanaka Publisher are rarely seen. Item # BG-406
