Saturday, 18 June 2005 Album of the Seasons and Their Fashions (12 Prints) Artist: Toshikata Format: Oban yoko-e Album of 12 prints plus Content page: 9.5" x 13.75" Subject: Illustrated is #9 from the set (being sold as a complete set including the decorative title page, 13 prints). 'Autumn - the bright tint of Maple foliage'. Subject illustrated and detailed in 'The New Wave' Prints from the Robert O. Muller Collection, page 92, #55. Publisher: Akiyama Buemon Date: 1905/6 Condition: Externally: Concertina album format with silk gold brocade covered boards. Minor wear and marks. Internally: Very clean. Minor wormage to plate 12 in top margin. All with usual centerfold. Minor stains, marks and flaws. Overall very good Colour: Fine Impression: Very fine with extensive use of metallic pigments.
