Monday, 22 May 2006 Artist: Ota Masamitsu Format: Painting in sumi, colors and gofun on silk: 14" x 10.5" Subject: A rare original painting on silk by Masamitsu. A bijin under an open umbrella in the snow. Signed and sealed top left by the artist. Date: painted c.1950 Condition: Unmounted. Silk a little browned at edges. Generally fine state. Colour: Fine, snow flakes partly oxidised. Impression: N/A Estimated Value: ｣600 - ｣850
