Friday, 11 April 2008 Rare Kaoru Kawano Japanese Woodblock Print, Pencil Signed Lifetime Strike- Hagoromo Have not been able to find an image of this print anywhere, but is of similar subject matter as his Hagoromo prints of the 1950-60's. Very good condition with no visible damage. Unfortunately, the print has been cut and is attached to the back of the matting. Image is in pristine condition. Woodgrain is visible and strong. Chuban sized. Pencil signed on lower right. Signed within the print on bottom left. Image measures 6.75" x just over 3.5". 12.75" x 8.75" framed. Metal frame. Triple matted. Glass is missing.
