Saturday, 8 May 2010 Japanese woodblock print, Iwata Sentaro. Measures about Measures about 15 x 11” image size plus full margins. Never framed; still in its original presentation folder, and therein lies the problem. As the folder is not acid free, there is some foxing to the image (particularly along the left edge, and the print could really use a good cleaning. The face and figure of the girl are in good condition, so if you didn't want to have it cleaned, the bulk of the foxing could be matted out, leaving a very attractive image on display. Strong colors and impression.
