Colour woodblock print, oban. The kabuki actors Iwai Hanshiro V as Sadaka holding a branch of cherry blossom and Iwai Shijaku I as her daughter Hinadori seated below and holding the doll of an empress in Act III, the ‘Yoshinogawa’ scene, from the play ‘Imoseyama onna teikin’ by Chikamatsu Hanji and others, performed at the Ichimura-za in the 8th month of 1824.
