From the series "Fuji Sanjurokkei no Uchi" ("Thirty-six Views of Mt.Fuji"). The series was very popular and later edition printings were made without the series title on the right margin. Tomikichiro made another series "New Thirty-six Views of Mt.Fuji", after W.W.II, also. This one depicts Mt. Fuji seen from a beach at Izu.
