Shogun Yoritomo watches the simulated battle by the two groups of soldiers, one equipped with short lances (left: headed by Noriyori) and another using long lances (right: lead by Yoshitsune). They are training the soldiers for the decisive battle at Ichinotani which would crash the remaining Heike clan.
