"Bijutsu Sekai" (The World of Art) Vol.17. Picture album series compiled by Seitei WATANABE introducing the works of well known artists of Meiji era such as Bairei, Taki Katei and Seitei himself. The series also includes the designs by Edo old masters. These designs were transferred to woodblock prints mostly from paintings. This volume contains 2 double page and 13 single page very attractive bijin prints by Hokusai, Eisen, Eitaku, Toshikata, etc. One of the most sought after volume in the series.
